G-Easy bought this exceptional house on the hills of Hollywood for $ 1.75 million in 2017. This house is designed in the style of the Spanish colonial 1979. “I never liked super-modern houses with simple shapes and empty spaces,” says Jay Easy. G-Easy has equipped the basement of this house with a complete personal studio. So that he does not need to leave home to do his daily chores. The Spanish colonial design in this house can be seen in various elements. Wooden timber roof, arched entrance door, dome-shaped arches and Bakhtiari hand-woven carpets are among the most prominent of these design elements. This house has facilities such as hot water pool, four bedrooms, home studio and guest room. Of course, Jay Easy has completely turned one of the rooms in this house into a walking closet.
But as soon as you enter the kitchen , by changing this material to dark spanish tiles , the design of the kitchen cabinet emphasizes more on the Spanish style . Moroccan glazed white tiles in the inter-kitchen space are other Spanish colonial design elements in the room. Colonial Spanish style kitchen in Jay Easy’s house has given a special effect to the design of this space. Jay Easy has observed the elements of this style well in the design of the kitchen. The walking closet of Jay Easy’s house attracts a lot of attention. Because a complete room of four rooms of the house is dedicated to this space. Jay Easy says that since the large collection has about 500 pairs of shoes, it needed the same space at home. Walk-In Closet Jay Easy’s house is completely separate and neatly fits his clothes. The coats, jackets, shoes and accessories are separated. So that there is no problem in finding each one.
